NZ Shelters began in the early 2000s with Chris and Sheree Abraham's aluminium shelter design. In 2026, the Cottle family took over the business, continuing the established range and developing new solutions for public and commercial spaces. Today we design, manufacture, supply and install shelters throughout New Zealand. Our work ranges from standard bus and workplace shelters to covered walkways and larger custom structures. NZ Shelters is a trading name of Waterlea Group Ltd.

We select materials, finishes and configurations for the intended site and use, with engineering and installation requirements addressed as part of the project.
